The plan rewards front-end production while building long-term residual income. Every number on this page comes straight from the LeaderShield compensation manual. Commissions are calculated on collected revenue and paid monthly.

Funding: the MCA line
The Opening Agent Pool is 32.5% of the gross commission on every funded deal you open, paid monthly on collected revenue. Performance accelerators are paid from a separate pool and are additive up to a cap of +2.5%.

Subscriptions: pools that step down, then pay a residual for life
Pools are a share of the commissionable revenue basis, indexed by your distributor tier and the month of the subscription's life. They step down over the first year, then settle into a residual you keep as long as the merchant stays subscribed.
Premium products
Growth Foundation, Revenue Growth System, and Revenue Scale AI share one schedule. Growth Foundation settles at 10% from month 13; Revenue Growth System and Revenue Scale AI settle at 15%.

Common questions
How are commissions calculated and how often am I paid?
Commissions are calculated on collected revenue — the money the company actually collects from merchants — and are paid monthly.
How do distributor tiers work?
There are three tiers — Standard, Enhanced, and Elite — and your tier is recalculated every month from your own production. You reach Enhanced by hitting any one of: $75,000 funded volume, $2,500 in monthly subscription revenue, or 3 active subscriptions. Elite requires $250,000, $7,500, or 8 active subscriptions. Higher tiers earn higher commission pools.
How deep do override commissions go?
Override commissions flow up to 3 levels deep in your organization — 80% on Level 1, 15% on Level 2, and 5% on Level 3 of the override portion you've allocated to your team.
Is there a fee to be a LeaderShield distributor?
Distributors pay a $99 monthly membership for access to the CRM, reporting, training, and support. It is automatically waived in any month you collect at least $500 in commissions, so active producers effectively pay nothing. Agency plans are available at $149, $249, and $499 per month with higher waiver thresholds.
Earnings are never guaranteed
The rates and pools above describe how compensation is structured, not what any individual will earn. The majority of participants earn little to no income. Your results depend entirely on your own effort, skill, retention, and market conditions.
